Because of my severe visual impairment and cancer, I am limited in what I can do. In order to find a hobby, I decided to create and compose my own jam tracks for my music practice sessions. All my tracks are completely unique, and they are never copied from other artists or other songs. All my music and jam tracks on newman-karlsson.com are composed and arranged by the chord in several different styles of music.
It is not my intention to copy
another person’s music; however, if you discover that my music resembles someone else’s, it may be because my music is built around similar styles and chords. I am sorry that the pages are not embellished, I am severely visually impaired and doing the best I can, I spend most of my energy on providing the top jam tracks for musicians to use in their next jam session.

When I am a member In STIM I have certain rules to follow when I post my own music on kjellsweb.com. I do not link to any company. I do not offer download, I do not offer sales, I do everything on the web myself, server is VPS in country Germany. https://newman-karlsson.com/ is for friends and acquaintances who wish to listen to my music. Bonnie Newman and I have a collaboration over the Internet. Bonnie has all the rights to her lyrics. Bonnie is a member of the US and BMI.

Release your own music online
Anyone who would like to release his or her own music on a personal website may do so without paying a licence fee to STIM/NCB. This applies both to streamed and downloadable music.
The following conditions must be satisfied to obtain a licence free of charge:
- The website must be your own personal website, which means, for example, that you have full editing and disposition rights.
- You must have complete entitlement to the music personally or together with your co-composers. If the music has been published, you must control/own the publishing firm.
- There may not be any ties to associations, record companies or commercial companies on the website.
If the above conditions are satisfied, you do not need to apply for a STIM/NCB Internet licence. Should circumstances change so that one or more of the conditions are no longer satisfied, you must immediately apply for an Internet licence in the usual manner.

Det är inte min avsikt att kopiera
en annans musik; men om du upptäcker att min musik liknar någon annans kan det bero på att min musik är byggd kring liknande stilar och ackord. Jag är ledsen att sidorna inte är utsmyckade, jag är svårt synskadad och gör det bästa jag kan, jag spenderar mest av min energi på att tillhandahålla de bästa jamspåren för musiker att använda i deras nästa komposition.
